We are in Eagle Pointe South being one of Orlando's finest residential and vacation locations close to Disney.
Our Florida vaction villa is an excellently well equipped home from home but has the added bonus of being
10 minutes to Disney and 3 minutes to the bustling 192 highway. location.On many days when we visit Disney world we frequently return home at mid-day to relax and have a swim before returning to Disney world for the remainder of the activities.Close to all the amusement parks and shopping malls in a protected rural area which is always very quiet and relaxing.

- Fully equipped kitchen with "take away addresses" on the fridge if you do not wish to cook (cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, micro wave, coffee maker etc, etc, etc)
- All cutlery, pans, cups, plates, utensils, knifes and forks etc available in kitchen cabinets
- Queen size bedroom with television and VCR and walk in closet
- Bedroom with two separate beds and walk in closet overlooking the pool and lake
- Bedroom with two separate beds with walk in closet and a multitude of Disney character prints
- All walk in closets have a large number of hangers
- Additional bedding for all beds
- Separate bathroom with additional towels etc
- Pool deck comfortable furniture and large table and hammock
- Circulatory fan for the times it may get to hot in the direct sunlight in covered area of pool deck
- Pool deck is fully enclosed with "bug stopping" fabric mesh which allows sunbathing and any relaxing breeze to penetrate into the enclosure
- Heated pool with underwater lighting, the heating is optional and not normally needed from April and November
- Double width garage with modern electric door opener, for safety purposes the opener is set to stop and reverse if any person, child or object is in the way of the descending door
- Sliding glass door fitted with child safety alarm from family room to pool area
